I have truly given up weighing in between sessions as it has ALWAYS been different to the official amount :-)

It's such a buzz when the scales tell you what you want to hear more than anything else in the world ~ if you could bottle that feeling and sell it..... lol!

Thats a brilliant start Emma.
I have given up comparing my weight loss to other group members' and have come to the conclusion that because we are all so different in shape, size and bodily functions, there is no way on earth that we will lose or gain equal amounts of weight.

I know what you mean about just wanting to get on with it! ~ I waited 6 weeks before there was a place for me on the programme and that was very frustrating.
